Overview

Irma is a young university student living in Girona while she studies. After years in a relationship with Mario, a controlling and jealous boyfriend, she decides to break up with him and face the consequences of that decision: Mario's pressure to rekindle the relationship and her parents' lack of understanding, especially from her mother, who refuses to accept the end of the relationship. By her side are her university friends, especially Sara and Miriam. She also discovers a great ally in Alex, her younger sister, who doesn't hesitate to stand up to everyone in order to defend her. Despite this support, the need to get away in order to rebuild herself is ever-present. Irma needs space to start growing and creating the life she wants for herself, where Miriam becomes increasingly important despite her fears and internal struggles. In the end, she realizes that she doesn't have to fight alone—she has Miriam and Alex's unconditional support until she's able to find the courage to fight for what she wants and take complete control of her life.
