Theo can take care of himself, even in this intimate relationship with Peter, the vampire lawyer who once saved him. Surely they can keep their relationship on the professional side just like the contract they made about it says. Except… Peter does things for Theo that no one ever did. He’s always there, always attentive, and in Theo’s book, that’s a scary thing. A physical relationship that comes with its own rules in black and white is safe, but being loved isn’t. Theo will have to learn to navigate what he has now, and it might just mean putting his heart on the line.
