Life is swell for Civil Spells employee, Bradley Ives. He has a hot dom boyfriend. His familiar is about to be a father. Work is finally happy and decent. The world is at peace... until someone murders his boyfriend's body double and Bradley finds out about a sinister cabal of vampire wizards who want to murder them. Suddenly there's a centuries old conspiracy, a murder mystery to solve and an exploding building. Luckily, Bradley definitely is not the sort who panics when things explode, people die and dragons attack. Nope. He rolls up his little cotton sleeves and saves the day.
