A story of same-sex attraction, sexual encounters, intrigue, expat life-styles, conflicting norms of Asian and Western cultures, and millionaires seeking the company of younger guys.Two young guys, both working in IT, meet on an overnight flight from London to Bangkok where they are each heading on work assignments. Jonathan is employed by one of the world’s top management consultancies, whilst Mark is employed by a global hotel chain. Their relationship flourishes, they explore Bangkok’s colourful gay nightlife, enjoy erotic pleasures both together and with others, and sex in the rainforest shower becomes an almost daily experience for them.Mark’s assignment keeps him in Bangkok, whilst Jonathan’s takes him on to Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, and Taipei. As he travels, he learns from others of the tensions and conflicts that can arise between Asian parents and the younger generation who seek to adopt Western cultural values and, more especially, those who wish to freely express their sexuality and live their lives openly.
