While in his final year at university, River Sullivan—sci-fi nerd and believer in all things extra-terrestrial—attends his first writer critique group where he introduces people to the first chapter of his alien space-soap-opera web story, The Tentacular Tales of Captain Starblade—which features tentacles, of course. Hilarity ensues.
