Ash falls from the sky as Euddán and Vounée sail the turbulent seas.

The city of Kenl Ruet reels from Lady Shadow's attack, and Duke Phaos will hunt down those responsible. Only problem, he believes Vounée, Euddán, and their friends are in cahoots with the return of the dragon.

Fleeing by ship, Euddán and Vounée need to continue their quest. They have to save another dragon egg from an underwater volcano. This will be a deadly and dangerous task for Vounée as she risks everything to free another dragon.
