Long-haul trucker driver, Charli Parks, loves the lifestyle she curved to her measures: three weeks on the road, one week at home. But when her mother breaks her hip and needs constant caring, Charli must stay by her side. Charli’s efforts to get back to her beloved rig bring her to a Russian Brides website where she meets Sasha.

Alexandra Petrova, aka Sasha, is a cardiologist. She works in General Hospital #4 in Vladivostok, Russia, where she treats her patients with care and empathy. Sasha doesn’t want to be a Russian Bride, but there’s no other choice. Having a special-needs five-year-old, she must flee the country or give up on her son. And there’s no way she’ll renounce little Genia, even if means marrying a complete stranger.

Sasha doesn’t know her husband-to-be is actually a woman. And Charli doesn’t know that Genia is autistic.

What will happen when these two women meet? Could they overcome prejudice and fall in love?
