Lady Indigo “Indie” had her life together. She swore she did. Sure, her boyfriend could be a bit of an ass, but it was fine, Prince’s were just like that sometimes.

Hazel, on the other hand, knew she was a disaster. She was a closeted English major with parental issues and a failing calc grade. She was a little screwed.

As if their lives could get any worse, Indie ran inside a bookshop during a storm and stumbled right upon a screaming match between Hazel and her mother. Whoops. But rather than animosity, a friendship bloomed. Hazel, the disaster that she is, soon starts to fall for Indie. But nothing could ever happen between them, ‘cause Indie’s straight. She is. Right?
