Amelinda Kettlebell is the tech prodigy pixie of San Francisco, but lately she’s been eating ice cream and programming otome games, moody over her breakup with the vampire Marianne - Madame Midnight, as she's known in the Frisco DJ Underground. California's top kitchen witch and vampire princess Marianne wants Amie back, but has business to do, and can't babysit and cater to a genius girl whose every whim is like the wind. A year ago, Amie's father of the fey underworld, Gwynn Ap Nudd, disappeared after bargaining with the Celtic Trickster God Gwydion for Amie's dying mother's immortality, and now Mrs. Kettlebell is deep asleep in a pixie hollow matrix, leaving Amie and Marianne to pick up the pieces. With breadcrumb trails of cobbler elves, dogeared Frisco phonebook pages, and Morgan Le Fay as the webmistress between worlds, what will it take for Amie and Marianne to save both the Violet and Rose Courts of the fairies and vampires?
