Ren must hide her taboo affair with Princess Lyra, as forces at home and abroad threaten to tear them apart—including a deadly, yet beautiful dragon shifter.

Ren wants nothing more than to serve and submit to her princess. Meeting up for secret, passionate rendezvous, the young women are constantly at risk of getting caught. Their relationship faces a devastating setback when Ren is sent on a dangerous mission. She must slay the dragon tormenting the countryside—alone.

But when Ren realizes the dragon is actually a lovely shifter, she no longer has the heart to hurt the creature. Torn between duty and desire, she must make a difficult choice.
