When Grammy-winning rockstar Raven escapes to the sleepy village of Bankton to write her first solo album after a spectacular breakup, there’s one rule: No Women. Then her relentlessly cheerful neighbor walks in on her. Naked. Primary school teacher Annabelle Swift believes in happy endings, the power of baked goods, and that everyone could use a little sunshine. But her grumpy new neighbor is allergic to optimism, boundaries, and, apparently, clothes. So when a village fundraiser to save the school library forces them together, neither Annabelle nor Raven’s exactly thrilled. Cue disastrous rehearsals, paparazzi invasions, guitar lessons for heartbroken eight-year-olds, and… feelings neither of them expected. But Raven’s stay was always temporary, and Annabelle's never been good at asking for what she really wants.
