Downloading Unreasonable Doubt

Murphy Jamison thought jury duty would be boring and maybe a little scary, but she didn’t expect it to be maddening. Enter Sidney Crawfield. She’s cool, composed, and absolutely infuriating with her lone not guilty vote. Tempers flare as they spare back and forth unable to agree on a verdict. Murphy walks away convinced she’ll never see that woman again.
Fate, of course, has other plans.
When they bump into each other weeks later at a local bookstore, Murphy braces for another argument. But instead of sparks flying in anger, something else flickers to life. Cups of coffee and tea turn into conversations, sarcasm gives way to genuine laughter, and Murphy starts to see Sidney in a different light.
Their beginning was anything but smooth. But maybe, just maybe, the best love stories don’t start with a meet-cute—they start with a clash.
