Overview

Since Scott has dropped out of college, he gets in all sorts of trouble. And Michael, his mother's new husband and ex-cop, has had enough of it. So when Scott gets arrested for indecent exposure, Michael and his Police Academy friend Riley will teach him a rough lesson in discipline.
