Overview

In a universe vaguely like ours, bonded triads are one way of forming a family, and androgyny and sexual morphing are normal for some sentient species. Earth humans, accustomed to unstable pair bonds and predetermined sexual roles, can be lost and confused when thrust into this universe – and into triads. The People, large blue aliens who think that earth humans are the aliens, are equally confused that earth humans don’t seem to understand the true meaning of love, and that triad bonds are forever. #10 in a series of stand-alone stories: Deven would rather die than be sold into sexual slavery, and he’s not sure that the blue beings who pluck him from certain death are any better than the human ones his father was selling him to.
