Overview

With Gwen being a lighthouse keeper like her father and Beatrix from a family of fisherman, both have seen it all when it comes to the sea and the objects it leaves upon the shoreline, be it a coded message in a bottle; a broken piece of metal from a long-lost ship; or even a larger-than-life tree trunk from an unknown place. But when it comes to being deliberately given a gift from the sea, that part was a different story entirely. ABOUT THE STORY Daughter of the Sea is a short story and concept set in modern day, where a couple is chosen to look after one of the sea's most precious possessions.
