Overview

When rising star Alex Adams meets struggling guitarist Eve Jekes, she mistakenly thinks she is an escort. Getting off on the wrong foot immediately, the two women clash and argue. Alex is in a bad way after breaking up with her girlfriend and with no date for an awards ceremony, her friend sets her up with Eve.

Her mood is low, and she takes it out on Eve, who immediately thinks Alex is an arrogant idiot, full of her own self-importance with fame effecting her head.

After the date is over, Alex realises her mistake when her friend informs her that Eve is a musician, not an escort. Feeling awful, she sinks into a depression, upset over losing her girlfriend of two years and now hurting an innocent woman who was just trying to help out.

Alex decides to chalk it up to experience until her life collides with Eve’s once again. Holding rehearsals for her tour band, Alex is stunned when Eve walks through the door and blows them all away with her breath-taking talent.

Reluctant to take the job because of how Alex had previously treated her, Eve needs Alex to start over-this time by doing things right.
