Bailey is wondering what the big surprise is when Flynn takes him to the tattoo parlor. His foster bros and their boyfriends are there too. Apparently there's some sort of grand gesture in the works, and when Bailey sees it, he's going to be more in love with his man than ever! The boyfriends are just as commited to the family as the bros, it seems. As their relationship has developed, Flynn has found more confidence and stopped holding back so much, but Bailey still has to encourage him to give him everything... even if it leaves him a trembling, wrung-out mess.
