Kennedy isn’t a naturally ambitious person. Though she’s always intended to accomplish more with her life, for reasons which elude her, she perpetually finds herself ambivalent about taking that next step.

Sutton is just the opposite: she knows what she wants, has always had a plan, and is constantly striving to turn her goals into reality.

Now, four years into their life together, Kennedy has reached a juncture that leaves her at a loss as to which way to proceed. And Sutton finds herself faced with choosing between her life goals or the woman she’s been in love with for as long as she can remember.
